Some find the fact that we charge for government products a bit disturbing. As taxpayers ourselves, we can understand that feeling. However, that we charge a modest fee for service is actually in your benefit. Here's why:

The fact that there is a cost involved means ultimately better service and a better product. Additional tax dollars are not necessary to improve services, and the money that is earned is reinvested into the product itself. This vastly improves quality and allows us to keep-up-to-date with rapidly changing technology, to provide our customers with a low cost, authoritative and timely source of federal business and economic information they can rely on.

By charging a low cost-recovery fee, we can look forward to continuing to offer the best service possible with cutting-edge technology, award-winning software, and knowledgeable, professional customer service.
