The Meramec Valley Citizen Corps Council is made up of the Metro West Fire Protection District, Eureka Fire Protection District, Fenton Fire Protection District, Valley Park Fire Protection District, City of Crestwood Police and Fire Departments, City of Kirkwood Police and Fire Departments, Eureka Police Department, St. Louis County Police Department Office of Emergency Management, Creve Coeur Police Department, Town and Country Police Department and West County EMS and Fire Protection District.
