The Enoch City Citizen Corps Council exists to promote community emergency and disaster preparedness through personal responsibility, training and volunteer service, and to support the Community Emergency Response Team Program, Volunteers in Police Service, the Neighborhood Watch Program and other preparedness programs and initiatives to help our communities become safer, stronger and better prepared."
