Council Description
Our council is actually a Sub-Council under the San Benardino County Fire Department's Office Of Emergency Services council. It is made up of local residents and community leaders concerned with the potential of local disasters in light of limitted local emergency services. This council is committed to identifying, predicting and trying to alleviate the greatest needs in time of disaster through training and managing volunteers.
