Council Description
The Santa Cruz County Emergency Management Council (EMC)is a permanent Commission appointed by the County Board of Supervisors and serves as the Citizens Corps Council for the Santa Cruz Operational Area. Citizen Corps programs are coordinated through a subcommittee of the EMC.
