Council Description
Homeland Security Region 3 has developed a Citizen Corps Council to provide opportuntiies to those not represented by other local Councils and broaden the scope of support to local councils. Volunteers referred to the Region 3 Council can be referred to either the Regional or local counties to support their volunteer efforts throughout their community.
