NOAA Hydrologic Data
Systems Group
The NOAA Hydrologic Data Systems (NHDS) Group exists within the National
Weather Service's (NWS) Office of Hydrologic Development, Hydrologic
Systems Engineering Branch.
The NHDS group acquires, and provides access, to historical data for
use in calibration of hydrologic models and development of hydrometeorologic
techniques as well as ensuring the capture and archive of operational data
from the NWS River Forecast Centers and San Juan, PR. that is not collected
by other agencies.
