Source: Calculate_Mean.java Installation: Download Calculate_Mean.java to the plugins folder, or subfolder, then compile and run it using Plugins/Compile and Run. Restart ImageJ and there will be a new "Calculate_Mean" command in the Plugins menu, or submenu. Description: This plugin demonstrates how to use a mask to tally the values and number of pixels within a non-rectangular selection.
