National Senior Citizens Law Center (NSCLC) is a nonprofit organization that advocates nationwide to promote the independence and well-being of low-income elderly individuals, as well as persons with disabilities, with particular emphasis on women and racial and ethnic minorities. NSCLC staff works with legal services offices and senior organizations throughout the U.S. to provide quality advice and service. Staff serve as counsel in litigation, provide expert analysis on federal policy, train advocates to better represent their clients and educate through our publications.
