Abstract

The Disability Rights Education and Defense Fund, Inc., is a non-profit, public benefit corporation, dedicated to protecting and advancing the civil rights of people with disabilities. This is done through legislation, litigation, advocacy, education and training. DREDF works with service providers, lawyers, policy makers, grassroots organizations, and parents of disabled children to reach these objectives. DREDF maintains the ADA (Americans With Disabilities Act) Technical Assistance Hotline.
