Where can I find data and information about the Oceans and Sea Level?


A great deal of research has been conducted on the world's oceans. Much of this research is now accessible on-line and includes information on ocean currents, temperature, salinity, biota, etc. The largest source for oceanographic data is the NOAA National Oceanographic Data Center (NODC). Several other links to ocean data and information are highlighted below.
