DISA-Pacific is a combat support field command responsible for planning, fielding, and supporting Global Net-Centric Solutions and operating the pacific portion of the Global Information Grid (GIG) to serve the needs of the combatant commander, United States Pacific Command (USPACOM), and the other Department of Defense components in the PACOM area of responsibility (AOR).

DISA-PAC's elements are:

PC-OFFICE OF THE COMMANDER directs actions and supervises DISA PAC and six subordinate field offices in Alaska, Guam, Japan, Korea, Okinawa, and Hawaii. The office develops pacific theater policy for Global Net-Centric Solutions as the DISA representative in PACOM; it coordinates with PACOM staff and DISA headquarters. The office effectively controls the Pacific GIG which includes more than 2,000 trunks and 20,000 circuits that terminate or traverse 265 major GIG facilities spanning 13 time zones and 100 million square miles on a day-to-day basis. The office advises DISA headquarters and PACOM combatant commander's J6 of status of the Pacific GIG. Oversees the planning and implementation of DISA programs in the Pacific theater; provides responsive support to the PACOM combatant commander. Provides superior strategic communications support to all deployed pacific CJTFs in support of military operations, exercises, or contingencies. Develops, documents, and implements an effective GIG management infrastructure for the Pacific theater. Manages and continually improve complete intrusion detection coverage for PACOM. Provides information assurance (IA) to PACOM. Maintains and operates 24/7 enhanced mobile satellite services (EMSS) global support.

Management Support Division (PC1) responsible human resources, manpower, fiscal, logistical, security support, contract management administrative oversight, and career management services to DISA-PAC and field offices in PACOM.

Program Division (PC2) supports PACOM warfighters, manage DISA's GIG and Net-Centric modernization efforts, and field DISA's contingency core mission programs.

Operation Division (PC3) provides centralized management of the Pacific portion of the GIG and provides support to PACOM.

Transmission Networks Division (PC4) provides provisioning, implementation, operations, and technical engineering support to the GIG transport including SONET, ATM, Promina, Router, SATCOM, and all other long haul media in support of PACOM warfighters.

Technical Service Division (PC5) provide management for voice, video, and messaging services across the DISN Core in PACOM.

Information Technology Support Division (PC6) to install, operate and maintain executive information systems in support of Headquarters, DISA-PAC and field offices/sites. To assist the Division Chief in serving as the Commander's Information Management Officer in the implementation and execution of information management programs and policies.

PCA-ALASKA FIELD OFFICE Plan, field, operate, and support global net-centric solutions that serve the needs of the Commander U.S. Alaska command and other department of defense components in ALCOM. Represent the Commander, DISA-PAC on all matters affecting DISN services in Alaska.

PCC-HAWAII FIELD OFFICE Plan, field and support Global Net-Centric Solutions that serve the needs of the Combatant Commander, USPACOM and the other Department of Defense components in the PACOM AOR. Represent the Commander, DISA-PAC, on all matters affecting GIG Enterprise Services at USPACOM and in Hawaii.

PCG-GUAM FIELD OFFICE Plan, field, operate and support Global Net-Centric Solutions that serves the needs of the Department of Defense components in the Guam AOR. Represent the CDR, DISA-PAC on all matters affecting the DISN services in the Guam AOR to include Guam, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Diego Garcia, Kwajalein Atoll, and Wake Island.

PCJ-JAPAN FIELD OFFICE Plan, field, operate and support Global Net-Centric Solutions that serves the needs of the Commander, United States Forces Japan (USFJ) and other DoD components in the Japan area of responsibility (AOR). Represent the Commander, Defense Information Systems Agency - Pacific (DISA-PAC) on all C4I matters and oversee operations of the WESTPAC Support Center.

PCK-KOREA FIELD OFFICE Plan, field, operate and support Global Net-Centric Solutions that serve the needs of the Department of Defense components in Korea. Represent the Commander, DISA-PAC on all matters affecting the DISN services in Korea.

PCM-EMSS GATEWAY TECHNICAL OFFICE Plan, field, operate, and support the secure mobile satellite requirements of combatant commanders, and other government agencies, worldwide.

PCO-OKINAWA FIELD OFFICE Plan, field, operate and support Global Net-Centric Solutions that serve the needs of the Department of Defense components in Okinawa. Represent the Commander, DISA-PAC on all matters affecting the DISN services in Okinawa.
