Proposed OCS Oil and Gas Leasing Program 2007-2012
The MMS's ocean resource management is
critical in sustaining America's quality of life. The 5-year OCS
Leasing Program is the blueprint MMS uses to meet its resource
management responsibility.
Secretary of the Interior, Dirk
Kempthorne, has initiated the process
for the preparation of the new 5-year program for the years 2007-2012.
