Pertinent Genetic Antidiscrimination Bills Introduced in Congress in 2003

S. 16: Equal Rights and Equal Dignity for Americans Act of 2003 [thomas.loc.gov]
To protect the civil rights of all Americans, and for other purposes. Introduced to the Senate, January 7, 2003.

H.R. 1910: To prohibit discrimination on the basis of genetic information with respect to health insurance [thomas.loc.gov].
Introduced in the House of Representatives, May 1, 2003.

S. 1053: Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2003 [thomas.loc.gov]
Passed by the Senate on October 14, 2003.
