ENCODE External Consultants Panel

The ENCODE External Consultants Panel (ECP) evaluates the progress of the ENCODE and modENCODE Consortia and provides feedback and recommendations to the NHGRI about the progress and scientific direction of all components of the program. It also provides advice to NHGRI on membership in the Consortia for those individuals who are not funded by NHGRI through the ENCODE and modENCODE RFAs.
