Sandia has exciting opportunities for students ranging from high school (16+ years of age) all the way through the Ph.D. level. We have opportunities for year-round and summer employment, as well as research fellowships. Special Programs
There are numerous ways to work at Sandia National Laboratories. In addition to full-time regular employment, we provide employment opportunities through various special programs. Select each program to learn more!
- Masters Fellowship Program (MFP): Sandia will pay for bachelor-level graduates who meet programmatic criteria to receive a Master of Science degree at our nation's top institutions of academia.
- Postdoctoral Positions: If you have completed your doctoral degree within the last five years, you could be hired for a specific period of time as a postdoctoral employee.
- Truman Fellowship: A fellowship that provides qualified recipients an opportunity to pursue independent research of their own choosing that supports the national security mission of Sandia National Labs.
