The 2005 award program announced in March, for projects completed during FY2004, has been expanded to include projects completed in FY2005.  Project teams that submitted a nomination package in response to the March 2005 announcement will need to resubmit under the new criteria.  We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused project teams that submitted an application in response to the previous announcement.
