Second Quarter ACSI e-Government Satisfaction Index Results Will Be Announced in a Free Webcast on July 29, 2008

 

In place of the quarterly American Customer Satisfaction Index Web Survey User Group usually hosted by Treasury's Federal Consulting Group, ForeSee Results will be offering a free webcast presenting the highlights of the Q2 2008 ACSI E-Government Satisfaction Index.  Errol Hau, Senior Director of the Public Sector, will present second quarter findings of the University of Michigan’s American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) E-Government Satisfaction Index, a rating of more than 100 federal websites.  We hope you’ll join us:
