The Policy and Guidance section provides information on Federal government-wide and Department of Energy policies and guidance for all functional areas with in the Office of Management.  This includes aviation, contracting, correspondence, facilities management, fleet management, Freedom of Information Act, financial assistance, personal property, program and project management, procurement, and supply management.
