UNOS Calling for Public Comment on Proposed Policies
"Your chance to be heard!" Ten policy proposals are now being offered by UNOS for public comment in a more user-friendly format. These proposals highlight proposed changes by the Kidney Transplantation Committee, Pancreas Transplantation Committee, Living Donor Committee, Membership and Professional Standards Committee, Operations Committee, Executive Committee, and the Pediatric Transplantation Committee. After the public comment period ends on April 30, 2008, the sponsoring committees will review all feedback and make necessary modifications. The OPTN/UNOS Board of Directors can review and vote on these proposals at its June 19-20, 2008 meeting. Comment now! Click to read proposal detail and comment
