Ordering Cost-Recovery Items
Most of the resources available are distributed free of charge, a number of VHS and DVD videos, as well as other types of valuable resources, are available for a nominal fee. The fee for a cost-recovery item is established by the cost of producing that item, along with shipping and handling charges. No profit is made on the sale and distribution of these resources.

Notice to NIDA customers:
As of February 2006, all mailings will be sent via U. S. Postal Service (USPS) fourth class mail except where it is cheaper than USPS, NIDA will utilize commercial trucking and United Parcel Service for shipments. USPS fourth class mail may take as long as one month to west coast addresses. Please allow for 4-6 weeks to receive your order.
