Pterosaurs (Pterodactyls)

Question -   My teacher said that pterodactyls do not fly. He says that
the climb up trees and cliffs and jump of and glid in the air. Is this true?

Hummm.  Yes and No.  There are too many species of Pterosaurs 
(Pterodactyls) to group them all into one type of flight.  Check out
