Delaware is among the states leading the effort to implement technologies to help lower energy costs and improve energy efficiency.  In particular, Delaware has been an active participant in the Nationwide effort to improve the energy efficiency of low income homes, and has also joined the growing number of states that manufacture and sell biodiesel fuel.
