The next public Commission meeting will be held Tuesday, September 23, 2008 in the Commission office conference room at 230 South 500 East, Suite 230.

The Lower Duchesne River Wetlands Project Record of Decision is available for public review. [Click here to view the Record of Decision]

The Lower Duchesne River Wetlands Mitigation Project Final Environmental Impact Statement (LDWP FEIS) is now available and may be downloaded by clicking here. (The file is very large (17 MB) and will take several minutes to download.) The FEIS is available for a 30-day review before a final decision can be made.

A Summary of the LDWP FEIS is also available for review and is a comparatively much smaller document (3 MB). You may click here to download the LDWP FEIS Summary.

NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY of the Decision Notice and Finding of No Significant Impact and final Environmental Assessment for reconstructing the Fort Field diversion structure located approximately 3.8 miles upstream of Utah Lake on the lower Provo River. Reconstruction will provide unimpaired fish passage during low flow conditions and accurate, real-time bypass and measurement of instream flows, while maintinaing the ability to meet diversion requirements for canal companies and legal water users who divert water at the Fort Field diversion structure.[Click here to view the Decision Notice and FONSI][Click here to download the Environmental Assessment]
