Users of this process are required to comply with the guidelines and policies as directed in the Guidelines for the Use of Supplemental Labor Personnel, Regulation and Procedure Manual (RPM) and the Health and Safety Manual, Publication 3000 (PUB-3000).

Questions regarding contract worker holiday pay, overtime, health insurance, etc. should be directed to the contracting agency. Contract laborers are the employee of the contracting agency and as such the terms and conditions of their employment are a matter between them and their agency.
