CA Museum and Library Staff Invited to IMLS Grants Workshops

WASHINGTON, DC—California museum and libraries interested in federal funding opportunities are invited to attend May 27 and 28 workshops led by Kevin O'Connell, Congressional Affairs Officer for the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS). The three workshops, in Carmichael, Santa Rosa, and Santa Clara, will be hosted by members of the U.S. House of Representatives.

After O’Connell’s overview, presentations will be made by successful IMLS grant applicants, experienced grant reviewers, and representatives of the California State Library, which administers federal funds from IMLS.
