Question - Why is the solubility of salt, aka NaCl, stay the same no mater what the heat?
----------------------------------------------------------
There is no reliable model for predicting the solubility (and its
temperature dependence) of ionic substances. It is a balance of forces
holding the crystal together and the effects of solvation of the ions. Some
ionic substances increase in solubility (the standard expectation), but many
decrease or, as you have correctly observed, change very little as the
temperature is increased.
