Reactivity of Weak, Strong, Dilute Acids

Question - If a concentrated solution of weak acid and a dilute
solution of strong acid ave same pH. What happens to their reactivity?
Are they at the same level?
---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----
It all depends upon what the "reactivity" is with respect to. Both have
the same hydrogen ion concentration, but "reactivity" must specify what the
"reaction" is.
