Question - We are doing an analysis of orange juice, and were
wondering if there was a way to measure the Calcium content. We have
already determined the acidity and Vitamin C levels, but would like to
also know how much Calcium the different orange juices contain.

I think the advice is pretty much the same. Unless one has access to atomic
emission or atomic absorption setups, which of course are elaborate and
expensive, the best bet is an ion specific electrode. Hach Inc., a supplier
of apparatus and test methods, or a chemical supplier such as Aldrich would
be a good place to start.
