Question - What kind of paint that will absorb both visible (light)
and invisible radiation (infrared and UV)?

Michael,

Ordinary flat black paint is an excellent candidate for your application.

A good starting point would be a flat (i.e. not glossy) black, available
in spray cans and/or quarts, gallons, etc.
