Question - What will happen if you put an ice cube in liquid Nitrogen?
------------------------------------------------
The temperature of the ice will quickly fall to the boiling point on
nitrogen -- 77 Kelvin.
It may crack or break due to stresses and faults that are present in the ice
or that develop as the ice cools ( the ice cube shrinks upon cooling).
