Question - In a Fermentation Lab Experiment, Why would it be that
the carbon dioxide levels, and thus fermentation were higher in a 0.5%
glucose solution at a pH of 4, rather than a pH of 7??
-----------------
I would want to see this experiment repeated several times, ensuring that the pH 4
really was pH 4 and that the differences between pH 4 and pH 7 were statistically
significant.
