WASHINGTON, D.C.- Assistant Attorney General Michael Chertoff of the Criminal Division and U.S. Attorney William Mercer of the District of Montana will testify tomorrow, Wednesday, July 10, 2002 at 2:30 p.m. before the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime and Drugs on the topic of "Penalties for White Collar Crime: Are We Really Getting Tough on Crime?"
