ATTORNEY GENERAL ASHCROFT TO TAKE PART IN DOJ BLACK HISTORY
MONTH PROGRAM AND CONGRESSIONAL BLACK CAUCUS LUNCHEON
WASHINGTON D.C.-- Attorney General John Ashcroft will join Department of Justice employees at an event in honor of African American History Month tomorrow, Wednesday, February 28, 2001. He will also attend a Congressional Black Caucus luncheon.
Following the luncheon, Ashcroft will be available to answer questions from the press before proceeding to a Senate Intelligence Committee hearing to offer testimony.

Senate Intelligence Committee Testimony
Following the luncheon, Ashcroft will proceed to the Hart Senate Office Building (Room 219), where he will offer testimony to the Senate Intelligence Committee at 2:00. Due to the sensitive nature of testimony, the event is CLOSED to the press.
