Title XI

Title XI is the ASC's legal foundation. It authorizes the ASC to:

• Oversee State appraiser regulatory agencies;
• Grant funds to, and review the activities of, The Appraisal Foundation;
• Maintain a National Registry and collect Registry fees; and
• Report to Congress annually.
