Cities of Manzanita, Nehalem, Wheeler, Pacific City & Cape Kiwanda area will conduct a voluntary tsunami emergency evacuation drill. Businesses, neighborhoods & citizens are encouraged to practice. Those participating should walk their evac route to high ground assembly areas. People are asked to wear ORANGE to signify participation. |
