Welcome to the web site of the Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine. Established in Oxford in 1995 as the first of several centres. Our broad aim is to develop, teach and promote evidence-based health care and provide support and resources to anyone who wants to make use of them.

The International Network for Knowledge about Wellbeing (ThinkWell) is anorganisation set up to help the public and patients find and understand research evidence and set up and participate in studies to find answers to questions where there is no scientific evidence already.
