The Staff and Board Members at NAPAFASA would like to welcome you to our Web site! We will do our best to provide the most current information and resources on substance abuse issues in the Asian American and Pacific Islander Communities.

NAPAFASA welcomes new staff!

The National Asian Pacific American Families Against Substance Abuse welcomes our new National Director, Ms. Alicia DeLeon-Torres! Ms. Deleon-Torres has been a long-time NAPAFASA Board Member and began her tenure on August 1st.

NAPAFASA also welcomes two new staff! Ms. Hanh Dao is a 2007 graduate of UCLA's MSW program. Before joining NAPAFASA, she was a Children's Social Worker at the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services. As Program Associate with the API TA project, she will provide alcohol- and drug-related technical assistance. Mr. Eddie Estrada graduated from the California State University in Long Beach MSW program in 2007. He will serve as Program Manager for the Problem Gambling Project.
