Millions Will View Aviation Nation Via Live Web Cast
AirsideTV And World Of Wings Will Provide Historic Air Show Coverage

Daytona Beach, Fla.
September 8, 2003

AirsideTV, the world's first and only online aviation video channel and World of Wings, the premier sponsor driven marketing and media property focused exclusively on aviation sports and entertainment, recently announced their partnership agreement to provide a live webcast of the 2003 Aviation Nation - The Nellis Air Force Base - Las Vegas Air Show.

Through the terms of the agreement, AirsideTV will provide a special live webcast from Aviation Nation, the Nellis Air Force Base - Las Vegas Air Show occurring November 15-16, 2003. The broadcasts, slated to run five hours each day of the air show, will be hosted by famed aerobatic champion Sean D. Tucker.

Cameras placed in cockpits of air show performers will allow Internet audiences to feel the excitement and thrill of spectacular aerial demonstrations. Live interviews with aviation personalities will round out the exciting and groundbreaking online coverage.

"Based on last years attendance, we estimate more than half a million fans will attend the 2003 event," said Bob Avery, CEO of World of Wings. "Now with the first ever-live web cast, aviation fans around the world can enjoy Aviation Nation."

"Our proven online broadcast platform will bring this historic event to those people who are not able to travel to this wonderful venue," said Paul Brennan, co-founder and Director of programming for Airside TV. "Now anyone can enjoy the high-flying action of Aviation Nation from the comfort of their home or office!"

Airside TV has produced webcasts from the Sun 'N Fun Fly-In in Lakeland, Fla., EAA's AirVenture in Oshkosh, Wis. and several aviation events around the world, including the 2003 Paris Air Show. Airside TV also offers a wide range of diverse programming commemorating the Centennial of Flight, including a behind-the-scenes tour of the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum's restoration facility and new Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center along with an interview of its Director, Gen. Jack Dailey.

WoW is responsible for sponsorships, marketing, media, VIP hospitality and production of Las Vegas Air Racing at Aviation Nation and is working closely with Las Vegas Events and Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority in promoting this high profile air show.

WoW is the promotional agent for the Nevada International Air Show Association (NIASA); a non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of public awareness of American air power. NIASA contributions support the production of Aviation Nation and benefit military organizations at Nellis Air Force Base.

Nellis Air Force Base is home to the Thunderbirds, Red Flag, U.S. Air Force Weapons School and U.S. Air Force Air Ground Operations School. For more information on Aviation Nation, visit: http://www.nellisairshow.com
