Dept. of Agriculture and PBGC Awarded FCG's Second Annual Customer Satisfaction Achievement Award
Treasury's Federal Consulting Group presented the Second Annual Customer Satisfaction Achievement Award to the Department of Agriculture for extensive use of customer surveys and the American Customer Satisfaction Index™ to assess and consistently improve citizen satisfaction with many diverse programs and websites and to the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation for for continuous use of the American Customer Satisfaction Index™ in Strategic Planning and as a performance measure to assess and improve programs, services, and website content.
