	Medicare Benefits Card: Glaucoma & Diabetic Eye Disease This promotional card by National Eye Institute and the National Institutes of Health was developed with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to promote the glaucoma and diabetic eye disease benefits under Medicare. The cards are available in both English and Spanish.
	Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Vignettes These are cleared Centers for Medicare and Medicaid/HHS vignettes that can be used to help explain how Medicare prescription drug coverage works with/affects other types of health care coverage. These vignettes aren't intended to serve as a stand-alone publication, but can be used within publications, presentations, and other outreach materials.

	Medicare Prescription Drug Plan Preferred Terminology for Consumers Consistency in education and outreach materials helps with clarity and this list has terms that we have tested as being helpful when communicating with beneficiaries.
	Medicare and Limited Income Subsidy Information for Organizations CMS has posted on its website copies of the model letters that have been mailed to deemed eligible beneficiaries who are automatically eligible for the limited-income subsidy for the Medicare Prescription Drug Benefit. CMS mailed the “Important Information from Medicare about Paying for Prescription Drugs” notice to all people with Medicare who are automatically eligible to receive extra help paying for a Medicare prescription drug plan. Seven million people who have Medicaid and Medicare or are in a Medicare Savings Program (MSP) will receive this notice, along with 400,000 people who have Medicare and Supplemental Security Income (SSI). There are three versions of this notice: one for people with Medicare and Medicaid, one for people in a Medicare Savings Program (MSP), and one for beneficiaries who receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI).
	Centers for Medicaid and Medicare "Outreach Toolkit" CMS currently has an “Outreach Toolkit” on the Medicare Prescription Drug Coverage. This toolkit is available on our site and can also be ordered along with a general information folder. Once on the site, you can click on the “Order Toolkit Online” link and it will walk you through ordering both the toolkit and the folder. Clicking on the links can also be used for downloading copies.
