FCG’s Anne Kelly Featured Speaker at 2008 Training Officers Consortium Annual Institute in Norfolk, Virginia, April 27 – 30, 2008

Anne Kelly, FCG CEO and Director, will present a session at the 2008 Training Officers Consortium Annual Institute.  This year’s theme will be “Sail on TOC: Tools for a Shipshape Learning Organization” and will be held in Norfolk, VA April 27 – 30, 2008.

Her session on “Being an Intergenerational Master Trainer” will provide critical information on the things leaders need to  know about the four generational groups now in the workforce, what motivates them, and how to integrate them into a cohesive work unit.  Specific topics include effective strategies to create a work environment that meets the needs and expectations of these four unique groups, and recognizing and applying the drivers of motivation and engagement.   Highlights of her presentation will be posted on the FCG website in May.
