International Plugfest II
International Plugfest II was held, in conjunction with the 2006 International Conference on SCORM 2004, January 16 – 19, 2006 on the Tamsui Campus of Tamkang University in Taipei, Taiwan. International Plugfest II focused on content, tools and LMSs that are implementing SCORM 2004. 
Plugfest 9
Plugfest 9 was held, in conjunction with the Workshop on SCORM Sequencing & Navigation (WoSS&N), February 22 – 25, 2005 at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in Gathersburg, Maryland. Plugfest 9 focused on content, tools and LMSs that were implementing SCORM 2004.
International Plugfest 1
International Plugfest 1 was held February 16 – 19, 2004 at the ETH Zurich (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology) in Zurich, Switzerland. The International Relations and Security Network (ISN) co-hosted this event. A Global e-Learning Summit was hosted for participating international organizations to brief the Community on the current status of their adoption and implementation of e-Learning standards in general and the SCORM in particular.
Plugfest 8
Plugfest 8 was held October 27 – 30, 2003 on the campus of Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The Learning Systems Architecture Lab (LSAL) at CMU co-hosted this event. Plugfest 8 differed from other Plugfests with an increased focus on e-learning content that implements the SCORM Version 1.2 and/or Beta Version 1.3* specifications.
Plugfest 7
Plugfest 7 was held December 2 – 5, 2002 in conjunction with the Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC), in Orlando, Florida. Plugfest 7 shared lessons learned, experiences in SCORM Version 1.2 and early SCORM Version 1.3* demonstrations as well as presentations introducing ADL's latest work with sequencing and application profiles.
Plugfest 6
Plugfest 6 was held July 30 through August 1, 2002 on the campus of the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The central focus of Plugfest 6 was to introduce the latest sequencing and application profile specifications.
Plugfest 5
Plugfest 5 was held November 26 – 29, 2001, in conjunction with the Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC), in Orlando, Florida. Plugfest 5 sought to bring e-learning organizations and experts together to refine the SCORM and other e-learning practices, procedures and standards.
Plugfest 4
Plugfest 4 was held May 30 through June 1, 2001 at the Alexandria ADL Co-Laboratory in Alexandria, Virginia. This Plugfest was the latest in a continuing series designed to synchronize development of commercial authoring tools, learning management systems and Web-based courses with the evolution of the SCORM open-architecture specifications.
Plugfest 3
Plugfest 3 was held November 27 - 30, 2000, in conjunction with the Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC), in Orlando, Florida. The goal of Plugfest 3 was to demonstrate interoperability and reuse of content in the spirit of the SCORM.
Plugfest 2
Plugfest 2 was held August 2 and 3, 2000 at the Academic ADL Co-Laboratory on the campus of University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin. Plugfest 2 showcased the official release of the SCORM Version 1.0 Test Suite software and focused on interoperability demonstrations among advanced early adopters of the SCORM. Demonstrations were planned to showcase SCORM implementation before educators.
Plugfest 1
Plugfest 1 was held June 19 – 23, 2000 at the Alexandria ADL Co-Laboratory in Alexandria, Virginia. Plugfest 1 was aimed at understanding the SCORM and all of the technical ramifications.
