"I never thought I could stick to a plan that made me tabulate how many steps I walked on a daily basis. But when I first started doing the Challenge, I got excited every time I logged on and calculated how many steps I had actually walked during my outing. I feel like doing the Challenge is a treat not a chore. I recently traveled to New York and while I waited for the plane at the gate, I did my walk for an hour. So if you're motivated not to "cheat", you can do the walk every day. No excuses!"

We meet twice a week at a local park to walk together as a team. Even bringing on more women who aren't a part of this challenge, but who want to walk for their health!
