     WASHINGTON, D.C.-The Justice Department's Community Relations Service (CRS) Director Sharee M. Freeman will be speaking at a chief prosecutors roundtable discussion on Monday, July 19 at 2:15 p.m. at the National Black Prosecutors Association's (NBPA) 21st Annual Convention. The conference will be held on July 18-24, 2004 at the Detroit Marriott Hotel, Renaissance Center, located at E. Jefferson Avenue and Brush Street in Detroit, Michigan.      NBPA represents more than 800 prosecutors, former prosecutors, judges, law students and law enforcement personnel nationwide. Director Freeman will speak to its members on CRS initiatives that address racial and ethnic violence in communities. The discussion will highlight community issues relevant to the convention's overall theme: "Changing the Culture: Stopping the Violence and Protecting Victims."
