     WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Department of Justice Community Relations Service (CRS) Director Sharee M. Freeman will make a presentation on Arab/Muslim Cultural Awareness Training for Law Enforcement as part of a panel on "The Impact of Counter Terrorism Initiatives on Civil Liberties" at the Winter CEO Symposium of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) in Tulsa, Oklahoma on January 16, 2004 at 1:30 p.m.

     The NOBLE CEO Symposium will be held at the Adam's Mark Hotel, 100 East Second Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma (918/582-9000) on January 15-18, 2004.
