Combined forces recover cars from lake |

Last December, a deer hunter found a partially submerged vehicle in Kerr Lake near the Sallisaw Creek Park area. The Sequoyah County Sheriff's office determined that the vehicle was only partially submerged because there were several others underneath it! The stolen vehicles had been pushed off a 30-foot bluff. Removing those vehicles has been a challenge that has taken most of a year to accomplish.
