File a Complaint or Report Suspicious Activities

File a complaint with our Reparations program where customers can bring complaints against futures industry professionals for alleged violations of the Commodity Exchange Act.

Case Status Reports
The CFTC investigates and brings actions against firms and individuals suspected of making fraudulent claims in selling commodity futures and options. Case Status Reports provide information on the status of Enforcement actions and links to relevant documents.

Disciplinary History Information

Reparations Sanctions in Effect: individuals or firms who have not paid awards levied against them in Reparations proceedings.
Administrative Sanctions in Effect: sanctions resulting from an administrative enforcement or statutory disqualification action.
Proceedings Bulletin: information about the CFTC's enforcement actions and statutory disqualification from registration proceedings.
