Influenza Vaccination DriveThe Influenza Vaccination Campaign is offered annually at all NASA Centers. Contact your Center Clinic for more information. Generally, the vaccination drive begins in the September/October time frame of each year.

Mayo Clinic EmbodyHealthMayo Clinic EmbodyHealth is an online service purchased through Mayo Clinic for the purpose of health assessment and promotion. The web portal includes a Health Risk Assessment; Ask an Expert, Diseases and Conditions, and Healthful Recipes, to name a few. To access the site, NASA Civil Servants will require a unique identifier to register. This service will be available through January 22, 2008.

The Challenges of Being a CaregiverA new pamphlet, Coping with the Stress of Being a Caregiver, is available from the NASA clinics.

As the guidance and the Q&A make clear, "caregiver" is not a new, protected class. However, under certain circumstances, discrimination against a caregiver would constitute unlawful disparate treatment, based on existing protections.
