  • Dissemination of Government Information to the Public
      Materials relevant to the NCLIS study of the planned closure of NTIS undertaken in the October 1999 - March 2000 timeframe are posted here under the heading "Preliminary Assessment of NTIS Closure." The current independent review NCLIS is undertaking in the June 2000 - December 2000 timeframe broadens the initial study's scope very substantially, and relevant materials to this follow-on stage of the initial study are posted here under the heading "Comprehensive Assessment of Public Information Dissemination."
